Upon submission American Drug Testing Consortium will authorize drug testing at the most convenient in-network location and share the details with the email address and phone number provided below.

Our business hours are Mon – Fri, 8am – 4pm Mountain Time, and you can expect a response from our team within 2 business hours of submission. Due to our high volume of requests, please don’t call our office to check on your application until at least 2 business hours have passed since your submission.

When you receive your testing document, please proceed to the testing location as soon as possible.
